Prepare and bring along your medical documentation regarding past treatments, imaging studies, blood tests, post-operative reports, and anything else that will be helpful in understanding your medical history.
Remind yourself about all injuries, scars, preferably write this down on a paper.
Do not eat for at least 2 hours and do not drink for at least 1 hour before your scheduled consultation appointment (requirements regarding the body composition analysis examination).
Bring along comfortable clothing (shoes are not needed) enabling assessment of your silhouette.
Appointment with the medical trainer will last about 40/60 minutes.
