DIAGNOSIS

The training process is always preceded by a consultation (combined with a body composition analysis and medical interview), during which previous injuries, traumas, illnesses, and ailments are discussed. The next step is functional diagnostics, consisting of analyzing: gait, body posture, movement patterns, and breathing function. Based on these tests, a training plan is developed, an individual warm-up is designed, and complementary exercises for home are prescribed.

THERAPY

Thanks to proper diagnosis, therapy is thoughtful, short, and precise. Its main goals are to eliminate or minimize pain to enable the quickest return to movement.

TRAINING

The most important and longest part of the work for the Client - it is during training that the body is strengthened and stabilized, and future pain is prevented. Training and associated teaching: movement, breathing, quality of sleep, healthy eating, leisure activities - allow for achieving a broadly understood balance, and thus life in comfort (pain-free).

EDUCATION

During meetings, an experienced trainer explains how to eliminate bad habits to take care of one's health and physical fitness every day. As a result, the Client knows how to replace an incorrect pattern that contributes to the onset of pain with a more functional and correct one.
